You will be responsible for:

analysis and interpretation of buyer behavior, sales and other data obtained from various sources;
improving understanding of the behavior of key customer segments in order to provide them with relevant and profitable offers;
generation and presentation of personalized offers, promotions that will increase the company's turnover and profit to the company's marketing team;
presentation of insights and recommendations based on data in a clear and understandable form to the company's business units;
initiation of new analysis methods and improvement of existing ones.

higher university degree in mathematics, economics, econometrics or statistics;
1-2 years of analytical work experience;
strong logical-analytical thinking;
very good skills in MS Excel and statistical/analysis software packages;
work experience with large data sets/large databases;
knowledge of marketing principles and work experience in the field of marketing or customer loyalty would be an advantage;
theoretical and practical knowledge of predictive analytics would be an advantage;
good knowledge of English.
