Business Customer Service Manager

We are growing, so we are looking for an proactive, communicative and result-oriented Business Customer Service Manager who will take care of existing customers, strengthen cooperation and contribute to sales growth.

I will professionally consult and serve business clients.
I will maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
I will regularly visit clients throughout Lithuania, identify their needs and ensure the highest quality of service.
I will actively seek opportunities to increase sales to existing clients - offer additional services (upsell and cross-sell), prepare commercial offers and negotiate terms of cooperation.
I will prepare service calculations, commercial offers and draft contracts.
I will promptly resolve customer issues and ensure their smooth implementation.
I will administer information in the CRM system and ensure its accuracy.
I will cooperate with other departments of the company, aiming to ensure the highest quality of services.
I will provide suggestions for improving customer service and service quality.

You have a university or higher education.
You have successful work experience in customer service, business customer management or sales.
You are an excellent communicator – you easily establish contact, are able to negotiate, persuade and build long-term relationships with customers based on trust.
You are able to identify additional business opportunities and proactively offer customers solutions that meet their needs.
You have work experience with a CRM system (required) and are able to systematically manage information about customers and sales processes.
You are independent, responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
You have a category B driver's license and are ready to regularly go to meetings with customers throughout Lithuania.

Competitive salary from 2,000 to 2,485 € gross per month, motivational system with bonuses for sales results.
