BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Small and Medium Business Customer Service team. In this position, you will be responsible for finding relevant questions and solutions while consulting small and medium business customers. Do you think we are on the right track? You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Serving small and medium business companies (by phone, email, during meetings);
• Establishing relationships and maintaining long-term cooperation;
• Searching for necessary solutions for business customers;
• Identifying the needs of service processes that create value for business customers;
• Initiating the improvement of needs and service processes.

Higher education;

• At least one year of experience in customer service in the B2B sector;
• Ability to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• High language culture and good communication skills;
• Ability to manage complex situations;
• Responsibility, initiative, result orientation, ability to work in a team and ability to plan time.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 1890 to 2830 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
