We are looking for a responsible, diligent team member to coordinate insurance processes for business clients and ensure smooth cooperation between clients, insurance companies and our team.
This is a position for someone who likes order, communication and the ability to manage several processes at once.

What will you do with us:
- Prepare and administer insurance contracts for business clients;
- Coordinate communication between clients, insurance companies and the sales team;
- Consult clients on insurance documents, processes and current issues;
- Collect and systematize information to prepare insurance offers;
- Administer customer data in internal and partner systems;
- Oversee insurance contract renewal processes;
- Ensure smooth documentation and deadline management;
- Contribute to high-quality customer service in daily processes.
What do we expect from you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of business insurance;
- Are meticulous, organized and responsible;
- Able to work with a large amount of information and manage several tasks at the same time;
- Have good communication and collaboration skills;
- Able to quickly absorb information and adapt to changes;
- Confidently work with a computer and various systems;
- Good command of Lithuanian;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
