- Active sales of non-life insurance products to business clients
- Search for new business clients and development of long-term relationships
- Preparation of individual insurance solutions according to client needs
- Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations
- Administration and maintenance of insurance contracts
- Continuous consulting of business clients by phone, e-mail by email and during meetings
- Market monitoring and identification of sales opportunities
Candidate requirements:
- Higher or higher education
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in insurance, finance or business customer service (B2B) – an advantage
- Experience in active sales and/or making "cold" calls
- Ability to independently plan time and achieve set goals
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and desire to improve
