Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Business Client Consulting Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will consult business clients on business financing issues and help them find the most suitable financial solutions;
- You will improve your sales, service and communication skills every day;
- You will perform and assess the financial condition of business clients, credit risk and prepare credit presentation materials for responsible bank employees;
- Analyze information about business client documents, granted credit files and fulfillment of client obligations;
- Answer questions from colleagues about business financing;
- Provide general insights on improving the business financing process.

- Education and experience in finance or related fields;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills;
- Logical thinking, calculation skills and attentiveness and diligence;
- Ability to communicate smoothly and build long-term relationships with clients;
- Positive thinking, ability to cooperate and teamwork.
