Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Business Customer Consulting Manager to join the Artea Bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will communicate with business and private clients, take care of their needs and consult on financial solutions;
• You will prepare and present commercial offers to business clients, select bank products and services that meet their needs;
• You will actively strengthen relationships with existing clients and contribute to attracting new clients;
• You will improve your sales, customer service and communication skills every day.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education;
• Communicative, customer-oriented and results-oriented;
• Experience in customer service and/or sales (experience in the financial sector would be an advantage);
• Good computer skills (knowledge of the Forpost program would be an advantage);
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills;
• Ability to communicate smoothly and build long-term relationships with customers;
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Russian;
• Attentiveness, diligence, positive attitude, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Awareness and responsibility, ability to follow established rules, identify potential risks and contribute to the creation of a safe and transparent work environment.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 2080.00 to 3120.00 EUR excluding taxes.
