Nature of work
- Active search for new business customers and initiation of first contacts;
- Organization of meetings, analysis of business needs and development of long-term relationships;
- Presentation of KIA cars and mobility solutions to companies and organizations;
- Preparation of individual commercial offers and negotiation;
- Management of the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Identification of new business opportunities, market and competitor analysis;
- Implementation of sales goals and analysis of results;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers after the sale.
Employee requirements
- Active B2B sales experience (experience in the automotive sector is an advantage);
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting and negotiation skills;
- Result-oriented and independent in planning and organizing activities;
- Strong skills in building and maintaining business relationships;
- Knowledge of customer needs and orientation towards finding the most suitable solutions;
- Interest in the automotive market and business trends;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- Category B driver's license and willingness to go to meetings with customers.
