Nature of work

What will you do?

  • Identify new business opportunities – monitor the market, analyze potential customers’ needs and decide where to direct sales efforts;
  • Actively seek new customers – make cold calls, participate in exhibitions and business events, initiate live meetings throughout Lithuania and generate new sales;
  • Initiate meetings with decision-makers, delve into their activities and risks and provide competitive, needs-based insurance solutions;
  • Conduct value-creating sales conversations – present the benefits of the offer, negotiate and ensure smooth implementation of solutions;
  • Ensure prompt transfer of information to the administrative team so that offers and contracts are prepared in advance;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the sales process, provide ideas and initiatives on how to more effectively attract customers and grow results.

What do we expect?

  • 3–5 years of successful experience in business to business (B2B) sales;
  • Excellent Lithuanian language skills and a B-category certificate;
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and needs analysis skills that allow you to offer appropriate solutions;
  • Independence, initiative, results-oriented and the ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Quick orientation, receptiveness to new information and enthusiasm when working with dynamic sales processes;
  • Knowledge of English and higher education in the field of business, finance or economics will be considered an advantage.
