Nature of work
- Active search for new business clients.
- Building relationships and developing long-term cooperation.
- Organizing meetings and conducting negotiations.
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing the most suitable event solutions.
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers.
- Coordination of the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract.
- Working with the CRM system and sales planning.
- Cooperation with event project managers, transferring sold projects for implementation.
Employee requirements
- Have successful active sales experience (required).
- Have worked with business clients.
- Are able to independently search for new clients and initiate contact.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Are able to understand client needs and offer the highest value-creating solution.
- Are not afraid of cold contact and new acquaintances.
- Are result-oriented and able to plan your time.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Fluent in Lithuanian/English
- A network of business contacts would be an advantage.
