Business Client Portfolio Manager (FX)

A rapidly growing international FinTech company is expanding its team in Vilnius and invites you to join a Business Client Portfolio Manager with FX experience and the ability to manage client portfolios and execute transactions.

What will your working day look like?

• You will work with business clients to develop the company's products (FX insurance, payments, loans and cash management), professionally present ideas, proposals and updates;
• You will provide clients with professional, tailored strategies for FX risk management;
• You will plan and execute transactions ensuring that clients receive maximum value;
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities;
• Ensure that customers use all offered services and increase customer engagement;
• Initiate the acquisition of new customers;
• Provide feedback to the product and technology team on market needs.

You will be successful if you:

• Have experience in the financial sector in the field of sales or business relationship building;
• Have worked in the FX area in a commercial bank or international financial institution;
• Have good knowledge of compliance requirements;
• Have excellent negotiation and business relationship management skills with managers and decision-makers;
• Excellent communication skills, able to maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer trust;
• Have worked with the search and development of new business opportunities;
• Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English;
• Education in the field of business or finance is an advantage.
