What will be your responsibilities?
- Administration of business customer loans from credit issuance to full repayment, in order to ensure the quality of the loan portfolio;
- Analyze the information provided by customers and consult them through various channels;
- Ensure efficient processing, maintenance and data quality of information provided by customers in the bank's systems;
- Prepare and submit documents and responses in accordance with applicable procedures to internal and external customers of the Bank;
- Provide suggestions for improving the bank's products, loan processing process and improving the customer experience.
What do we expect?
- Have experience in the finance/banking sector, sales experience is an advantage;
- Able to work successfully in a team, proactive in proposing solutions and process improvements;
- Highly motivated to achieve high results and willing to constantly improve;
- Able to handle large amounts of information, attentive to details, able to follow routines;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.
