Business Client Project Manager (Customer Acquisition)

Our client - TELE2 is one of the leading operators in Europe. The company is currently looking for a Business Client Project Manager in Vilnius, whose responsibility would be to grow the customer base of the medium and large business segment. In recent years, the Business sector has been a priority direction for the company, and growth has also determined the need for a strong team - we are currently looking for an experienced specialist who wants to be part of this growth. Working with business clients at Tele2 is much more than sales. We aim to be business consultants who know the specifics of various businesses. Along with the status of the toughest seller, you will also gain an excellent understanding of business processes, be familiar with technological processes, and be able to see and offer solutions.

Main functions:

• Grow the customer base of the medium and large business segment;
• Initiate new sales projects by phone (cold calls) from a given business client database;
• Coordination and support of the sales process during face-to-face meetings and negotiations;
• Independent customer visits in the region with your own car;
• Consulting customers on the most suitable telecommunication solutions and products in order to provide the customer with maximum service value;
• Agreement of contract terms and closing sales projects;
• Analyzing and recording information in customer databases.

Main requirements:

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the B2B field;
• Good presentation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to quickly establish contact with new contacts;
• Knowledge of the technology field and business processes is an advantage;
• Comfort in working in a very dynamic position and at a high pace;
• Your own car will be required for the job (on loan terms).
