We are currently recruiting a Business Clients Eastern Region Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and managing work for business clients in the Eastern region.
What will your main responsibilities look like?
- Planning, organizing and managing the activities of the Eastern region.
- Setting, monitoring and ensuring regional goals (sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction).
- Formulating goals for direct subordinates, evaluating their performance and providing feedback.
- Sales management, ensuring the renewal of existing contracts and the development of new business opportunities.
- Active participation in working with key regional clients, attracting new clients.
- Maintaining and developing high-quality customer service standards in the region.
- Preparing action plans to achieve goals and monitoring their implementation.
- Forming the regional team: selecting, introducing, motivating and strengthening employee engagement.
- Developing team members, developing competencies and promoting continuous improvement.
- Implementation of internal sales promotion initiatives and campaigns in the region.
- Effective budget and expense management, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal acts.
- Involvement in the implementation of broader organizational initiatives and changes.

- Higher university education.
- Supervised work experience (advantage - in the field of sales or regional management).
- Ability to plan, make decisions and take responsibility for results.

- Excellent English language skills.
