Nature of work:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with foreign partners
- Coordination and progress monitoring of repair orders
- Coordination of problem situations and claims with partners
- Issuing invoices for repairs performed
- Creating cards in the ERP system
We hope that:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (B2B experience is an advantage)
- You have good command of spoken and written English (B2 – C1 level)
- You are a proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- You are organized, communicative and attentive to details

At the center, we provide all mobile phone repair services, from case replacement work to complex micro component soldering operations, and we also advise mobile phone users on maintenance issues. In the Baltic countries, we occupy more than 50% of the warranty mobile phone repair market. Also, we provide some mobile phone repair services to customers of operators in Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Belgium and to a US insurance company that has opened a branch in Europe.
