- You will establish and develop relationships with new business clients, creating long-term cooperation;
- You will prepare commercial offers that meet client needs and conclude insurance contracts;

Remuneration system:
1500 - 1800 €/month fixed salary (excluding taxes);
The average salary of successful newcomers reaches 2500 €/month. (before tax)
After 12 months:
The average salary for employees with more than a year of service is 2500 - 3050 €/month (before tax)
- You want to learn and start a career in the field of business insurance sales;
- You are active, responsible and result-oriented;
- You are not afraid to communicate with clients (by phone and in person);
- You are able to plan your time and work independently;
- You have basic computer skills;
- You speak Lithuanian well (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

Remuneration system:
1500 - 1800 €/month fixed salary (excluding taxes);
- Commission: for concluded contracts;
- Monthly bonus: up to 30% of the fixed salary.
The average salary of successful newcomers reaches 2500 €/month. (before tax)
After 12 months:
- Quarterly bonus: up to 100% of fixed salary;
- Annual bonus: up to 125% of monthly salary (depending on company performance).
The average salary for employees with more than a year of service is 2500 - 3050 €/month (before tax)
