Business customer manager in Panevėžys

What will your work day look like?

• You will actively seek out new business clients both by phone and in meetings
• You will delve into the business of existing clients, their needs and help them find the most suitable insurance solutions
• You will collaborate with risk assessors and marketing colleagues in preparing new offers for clients

• You have at least 1 year of active sales experience, and experience in the insurance market would be a great advantage
• You boldly initiate contact with new clients
• You are result-oriented and like to achieve your goals independently
• You have good English language skills
• You are fluent in using everyday work tools and quickly understand new systems

Salary: For the first 6 months, while you study, strengthen your competencies and gain experience, your remuneration will be at least 2,200 EUR per month (before taxes) and will consist of a fixed part and a bonus. As you gain experience, your salary will increasingly depend on your performance, so your earning potential is unlimited. On average, our client managers earn around 4,800 Eurr per month, while our top-performing colleagues earn 7,000–8,000 Eur per month (before tax).
