Description of responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is able to establish and nurture long-term relationships with business clients, who understands their needs and expectations well and is result-oriented.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing the existing client portfolio, increasing its value, and actively searching for and attracting new business clients.

- You will consult with existing business clients, delve into their activities and needs, offering the most suitable insurance solutions;
- You will prepare individualized commercial offers that meet customer expectations, and conclude insurance contracts;
- You will actively search for new business clients and build long-term cooperative relationships;
- You will ensure sales results by purposefully pursuing the implementation of set goals and plans;
- You will monitor market trends, analyze changes, and identify new business opportunities.

Remuneration system:
In the first year of work (12 months), we ensure a total salary of at least 3050 €/month. (before tax)
After 12 months:
The average salary of employees who have worked for more than a year and have successfully developed an insurance portfolio is 3050 - 4500 €/month (before tax)
- You have experience working in the insurance field;
- You are proactive, responsible and focused on results and continuous growth;
- You are able to communicate effectively, build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients;
- You have good computer skills and are able to quickly absorb new knowledge;
- You speak Lithuanian fluently, and knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.

Remuneration system:
- 1500 - 1800 €/month fixed salary (excluding taxes);
- Commission for concluded insurance contracts;
- Monthly bonus: up to 30% of the fixed salary.

After 12 months:
- 1500 - 1800 €/month fixed salary (before tax);
- Commission for concluded insurance contracts;
- Monthly bonus: up to 30% of fixed salary;
- Quarterly bonus: up to 100% of fixed salary;
- Annual bonus: up to 125% of monthly salary (depending on the company's results).
