We are currently recruiting a Business Account Manager to join our team. If you love to communicate, know how to sell and do it better every day, and the adrenaline of achieving victories is a real vitamin for you, then we are looking for you.

What will your workday look like?

• You will gain valuable experience working with existing business clients according to the assigned portfolio of high-value clients
• You will identify customer needs and attract new clients
• You will prepare and present insurance solutions to business clients
• You will collaborate with other departments of the company in serving business clients

• Higher/higher education
• Sales experience for the business segment (B2B), knowledge of insurance products - would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented
• Good English skills

Salary: for the first 6 months we guarantee a 2000 EUR (before tax) remuneration, consisting of a fixed part of 1250 EUR and a guaranteed bonus of up to 750 EUR. Depending on your results, the bonus amount may be higher. From 7 months onwards, the remuneration will consist of fixed part + unlimited bonuses depending on your results. The average remuneration of colleagues is about 4000 EUR per month, and the best experts earn even 8000 EUR per month (before taxes).
