Start your journey with a business sales team that will grow with you and learn from the best! We are looking for a Business Client Manager who will work with attracting new customers by phone. In recent years, the Business sector has been a priority direction for the company, and growth also determines the need for a strong team - we are looking for a motivated salesperson who wants to become part of this growth. Working with business clients at Tele2 is much more than sales. We strive to be business consultants who know the specifics of various businesses. Along with the status of the toughest salesperson, you will also gain an excellent understanding of business processes, be familiar with technological processes, and be able to see and offer solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • establishing contact with new Tele2 business clients and selling by phone (client base provided);
  • advising business clients on the most suitable telecommunications solutions and products for them;
  • information analysis and recording in customer databases;
  • fast and proper execution of technical sales procedures in systems;
  • achievement of personal and team goals (sales, customer satisfaction).

We hope that you:

  • are interested in the telecommunications market and technologies;
  • are a driven and ambitious person - always strive to exceed the set goals;
  • have experience in cold calling, you like it and have the results to prove it (advantage);
  • have experience working with business clients (advantage);
  • are able to quickly establish contact with new contacts;
  • are not afraid to work in a very dynamic position and at a high pace;
  • speak English or Russian (advantage).

For the first 3 months, a salary of at least 2290 Eur (before taxes) is paid, after 3 months The salary is 1960 EUR (before tax) and more. The amount paid depends on the employee's work results. Those working part-time earn 4000 EUR (before tax) and more.
