Currently, as we implement the bank's ambitious growth goals for 2026 and expand new products - acquiring and e-commerce solutions - we are looking for reinforcement and invite you to join the position of Business Client Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
At "Mano banke" you will not be a routine task executor. As a member of our team, you will be the master of your own processes, work together with colleagues from other departments and significantly contribute to the overall result.
- You will actively work on attracting new business (legal) clients;
- You will provide proposals to existing and potential clients;
- You will consult clients on bank products and services;
- You will actively work on new bank products - settlement and e-commerce solutions;
- You will implement the set sales and revenue growth goals;
- You will represent the bank at events and exhibitions;
- You will make cold calls and develop long-term relationships with clients.
WE HOPE YOU
- Have a higher education (in economics, finance or business administration – an advantage);
- Can advise clients in English (verbally and in writing);
- You are familiar with banking services and products; understanding of acquiring or e-commerce solutions is a great advantage;
- You have experience working with clients and are able to manage complex or conflict situations;
- You are goal-oriented, results-oriented and have a responsible approach to work.
WE OFFER
- €2570-3500 (before tax) salary;
