Join our international team as a Business Controller for the Baltics. Your role at DS Smith will include developing and implementing a financial risk management system, coordinating audit processes and group reporting, as well as ensuring the quality of internal control and financial operations. Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective financial risk management system;
- Coordinate audit processes and preparation of group reports;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal control measures;
- Ensure quality control of financial operations and group-level reports;
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), understand their drivers, advise business managers on performance and proactively identify problem areas;
- Cooperate with the IT department to implement business requirements;
- Prepare KPIs and management reports to help make informed decisions.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of financial analysis, control or audit;
- Higher education (in economics, finance or mathematics);
- Good knowledge of accounting principles;
- Analytical thinking, thoroughness, ability to solve complex issues of stakeholders;
- Practical approach, strong orientation to results;
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
