Nature of work:
- preparation of reports and business analyses for groups of companies;
- preparation of budgets for individual businesses and control of their implementation;
- analysis of financial results and submission of proposals to management;
- preparation and support of business plans;
- analysis of internal processes and submission of improvement initiatives.
Required competencies and experience:
- higher education in finance, economics or business management;
- at least 3 years of work experience in business control, analysis or planning (experience in an international group of companies is an advantage);
- experience in bookkeeping or accounting positions is an advantage, having worked with budgets, business plans, P&L or cash flow analyses; experience in financial assessment of projects would also be an advantage;
- ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports and provide insights to management;
- very good Excel skills; experience with Bl tools (e.g., Power Bl) or ERP systems is an advantage;
- knowledge of English (verbal and written), necessary for communication with partners; - understanding of IFRS standards - would be an advantage;
- proactive attitude, independence, analytical thinking and willingness to contribute to the improvement of solutions and processes.
