The company, which produces a quarter of a million baked goods per day, is looking for a Country Business Controller who is ready to turn numbers into valuable insights, and insights into sustainable business solutions.

YOUR TASKS:
- Contribute to the implementation of Lantmännen Unibake's strategy in Lithuania by providing accurate financial information and business insights.
- Be a reliable financial business partner to the country management team, contributing to data-based business decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of commercial activities, in close cooperation with the commercial team, implementing and improving processes and performance monitoring solutions.
- Prepare annual budget, periodic financial forecasts and ensure effective cost planning and monitoring of their implementation.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting and operational planning processes and ensure their quality and accuracy.
- Ensure high-quality monthly financial reporting of the company.
- Analyze business results, identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to achieve financial goals.
- Analyze the country's supply chain activities, prepare reports and contribute to the improvement of related processes.
- Ensure effective cost control in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with group and cluster business control principles, working methods and reporting standards.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in finance.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in business control, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- You are fluent in Excel, know how to prepare and develop reports in Power BI (experience with D365 would be an advantage).
- You easily understand new systems and work effectively with various digital tools.
- You are able to analyze data, prepare insights and present results clearly and convincingly to different target groups in Lithuanian and English.
- You maintain high quality of work and meet deadlines even during periods of increased employment.
- You are not afraid of routine, but at the same time you proactively create and improve processes and contribute to the implementation of changes.
- You are able to create and maintain effective collaborative relationships within and outside the organization.

- Salary from 4400 gross per month (depending on experience) + annual bonus for the company's performance.
