Nature of work
- Analyze the company's financial results and provide conclusions
- Prepare the Company's financial and operational reports for the management and the board
- Organize, coordinate and prepare the company's annual budget and the financial part of the long-term business plan
- Perform payback calculations for various business projects (business cases)
- Check business plans prepared by other departments and provide comments
- Determine the principles of pricing products and services
- Evaluate the profitability and payback of products, services and projects
- Control and forecast the Company's cash flows
- Prepare statistical reports
- Perform monthly analysis of performance results, assess changes in indicators and provide proposals to increase operational efficiency
- Consult and be a partner to employees of other departments of the company on financial planning and project evaluation issues
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in financial analysis, control, accounting or auditing
- Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts or long-term financial plans
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make proposals
- Ability to assess the return on investment and projects (ROI, NPV, IRR) and profitability of services
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. "Power BI") is an advantage
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics accounting system is an advantage
- Ability to act as a financial partner
- Diligence, analytical thinking and responsible approach to work
- Good communication skills, ability to present and clearly present information
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
