Main responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure the company's financial control
- Prepare and verify financial models and plans
- Monitor the company's and its ongoing projects' income, costs and profitability
- Participate in the development of the company's strategy and forecasts - perform data analysis, provide proposals
- Develop analytical tools and create automation solutions
- Cooperate with different departments of the company, consult on financial planning issues in order to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Develop and strengthen internal control and supervision procedures, participate in the development of processes and methodologies, look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare and provide information to internal and external auditors
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (in economics, mathematics or business administration)
- Work experience in the fields of financial analysis and control
- Experience working with analytical tools (MS Excel, PowerBI, Query would be an advantage)
- Experience working with large amounts of data, their systematization and processing
- Knowledge of financial statements and management accounting principles
- Fluent Lithuanian, English language skills at least B2 level
