What will be your responsibilities
- You will perform leasing administration actions for business clients from leasing disbursement to full repayment, in order to ensure the quality of the leasing portfolio;
- You will analyze the information provided by clients and consult them through various channels;
- You will ensure the efficient processing, maintenance and data quality of information provided by clients in the bank's systems;
- You will prepare and submit documents and responses in accordance with applicable procedures within the Bank and to external clients;
- You will provide suggestions for improving bank products, the loan processing process and improving customer experience.
What do we expect
- Have experience in the finance/banking sector, sales experience is an advantage;
- Able to work successfully in a team, proactive in proposing solutions and process improvements;
- Highly motivated to achieve high results and willing to constantly improve;
- Able to handle large amounts of information, attentive to details, able to follow routines;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.
