We invite you to join the Business Operations Accounting Manager, who will create a new unit and lead the change in the centralization of primary accounting functions of LTG Group companies. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing processes, standardizing, streamlining and initiating automation solutions, ensuring that the data required for accounting is of high quality, accurate and provided on time.

Main responsibilities:

• Create and develop a new Business Operations Accounting unit, forming a team, operating model and working principles
• Lead the centralization of primary accounting functions, ensuring smooth process takeover, document and data administration and their high-quality transfer to accounting processes
• Organize and coordinate procurement, inventory, intergroup operations, accruals, cost allocation, REFX and other accounting data administration activities
• Review, standardize and improve processes, strengthening control, clearly defining responsibilities and increasing operational efficiency
• Initiate and implement automation and digitalization solutions, reducing manual work, error risk and process execution time.
• Cooperate with group companies and other departments, ensuring compliance with unified processes and quality standards

What do we expect?

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, business management or related field
• Solid successful work experience in accounting operations, business processes or related field
• Experience in leading a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles, internal control, data quality and process management
• Experience in standardizing, centralizing, streamlining or automating processes
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience would be an advantage
• Fluent Lithuanian, English at least B2 level

Monthly salary: €4,025.00 - €6,035.00 (excluding taxes). Specific job description Salary is offered based on experience and competencies.
