Main responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate the daily activities of subordinate business units.
Lead a large team: plan work, allocate responsibilities, develop managers and employees, ensure team involvement and operational efficiency.
Ensure the implementation of established performance, sales, customer service and profitability indicators.
Control compliance with operational processes, initiate and implement their improvement.
Analyze performance results, identify efficiency improvement opportunities and ensure prompt implementation of solutions.
Cooperate with other company units, ensuring smooth operation of processes and achievement of common goals.
Ensure high quality customer service and effective problem solving.

You have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience managing large teams.
You are able to effectively organize daily activities, set priorities and ensure the achievement of results.
You have experience in the trade, wholesale, distribution or B2B sector.
You are able to analyze performance indicators and make data-based decisions.
You have strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
You are focused on operational efficiency, responsibility and team results.
