Your responsibilities in this position:
- analysis of customer experience (NPS) survey data, assessment of service quality, provision of feedback to employees, preparation of insights and proposals for process efficiency and presentation of data to interested teams;
- assessment of the quality of customer calls, provision of feedback to employees, organization of quality improvement action sessions;
- organization of quality improvement sessions, implementation of initiatives that increase service standards and customer satisfaction;
- updating information for employees or customers, conducting training, preparation of knowledge test tests;
- coordination and support of the new employee induction process, conducting training and assistance in ensuring a high-quality integration of newcomers into customer service activities;
- coordination of written calls, provision of responses, in case of peaks or replacement;
- analysis of customer journey, identification of recurring customer problems and provision of proposals for their solution and prevention.
Successful work in this position requires:
- higher education;
- initiative, orientation towards quality and customer experience;
- experience in working with service quality assurance;
- ability to work with different teams, good cooperation and communication skills, ability to find solutions in complex situations; ability to analyze information, systematize data and formulate clear insights;
- good skills in working with MS Office main programs;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language in writing and speaking;
- knowledge of the English language at the level of communication in writing and speaking.
