We will trust you:
- To qualitatively and efficiently administer contracts for the sale and transmission of electricity, other products provided by the company, contract extensions, adjustments, terminations for private and business customers;
- To create price calculators, upload new prices for customers to the company's information systems;
- To perform functions related to the administration of electric vehicle charging stations;
- To transfer information to the operator's systems about the company's current and future customers;
- To provide reports to external partners;
- To generate reports and correct errors related to customer contracts;
- To prepare and update instructions or other training materials for the functions performed;
- To provide additional information in order to ensure prompt and high-quality resolution of customer problems;
- To communicate with the operator's employees in order to clarify customer questions and resolve errors;
- To cooperate and ensure communication with other company employees;
- To provide proposals for the improvement, automation, and quality assurance of the functions performed.

- You would have experience in performing administrative and document management tasks;
- You would work carefully and attentively, noticing all the details;
- You would be able to work independently, make suggestions, and take initiative;
- You would value open communication, share feedback with your manager and team;
