About us:
NEO Finance subsidiary FinoMark is looking for a team member to assist business loan project managers in coordinating financing processes and ensure smooth customer service from application preparation to loan disbursement and subsequent loan administration.
This is a position for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, coordinating processes, and working in the finance field.

What are you going to do:
- You will assist business loan project managers in administering business financing projects.
- You will communicate with clients, coordinate the collection of documents and check their compliance with the requirements.
- You will administer the loan granting process - from application to financing disbursement.
- You will prepare loan documentation and coordinate its reconciliation.
- You will perform the initial assessment of small business loan applications (up to 10,000 EUR).
- You will participate in loan portfolio monitoring processes - you will collect information, update data, prepare summaries and help ensure timely monitoring.
- You will communicate with clients after the loan is granted regarding documents, fulfillment of obligations and other -administrative issues.
- You will contribute to the insolvency administration processes and preparation of information.
We hope you:
- You are responsible, meticulous and organized.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and are able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You have good computer skills.
- You are interested in finance, business or banking.
- Experience in finance, credit, banking or customer service would be an advantage, but the most important thing is a willingness to learn.
