Nature of work:
- Actively seek new business clients, call potential clients and present our assistance in finding the best business financing offer;
- Identify client needs and consult them on possible business financing solutions;
- Collect information and documents necessary for financing assessment;
- Transfer the collected information and documents to business loan managers for further administration of the financing process;
- Manage client information in the CRM system.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education – this would be an advantage, but not necessary;
- You like to communicate and are not afraid to start a conversation first;
- You can easily establish contact even with someone you don't know yet;
- You are persistent and understand that good results come through consistent work;
- You are results-oriented and motivated to earn more when you achieve more;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, and knowledge of Russian and English would be a great advantage;
- You are curious and want to learn and learn more about finance and business.
