BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ESTIMATES MANAGER

UAB „Kresta“ – a growing road, street, engineering network and infrastructure construction company – invites a Business Development and Estimates Manager to join the team.
We are looking for someone who would be responsible for searching for new objects, analyzing tenders, calculating estimates and economic evaluation of projects. We hope that before making a decision to participate in the tender, you will be able to clearly assess the cost of the object, risks and planned profitability.

Search for new construction objects and tenders;
Analysis of public and private procurements;
Analysis of tender, technical and design documentation;
Verification of work quantities according to projects and drawings;
Calculation of construction work estimates;
Estimation of materials, mechanisms, labor and transport costs;
Calculation of the preliminary cost price, margin and planned profitability of the object;
Assessment of possible project risks before submitting a proposal;
Preparation of commercial proposals;
Control of tender qualification requirements and submitted documents;
Participation in negotiations with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
Transfer of the budget and calculations of the won project to the project manager.

Experience in calculating construction work estimates;
Ability to read and analyze technical projects, drawings and bills of quantities;
Good Excel skills;
Ability to work with AutoCAD;
Understanding of construction work technology, materials and mechanism performance;
Ability to independently calculate the cost of an object and assess its profitability;
Analytical thinking, responsibility and result orientation;
Ability to independently plan one's work;

A great advantage is experience in the field of construction of roads, streets, welfare, engineering networks or other infrastructure, as well as experience in participating in public procurement.
