About the position:
JAGO Training Center is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a responsible, independent and quick-witted colleague who will be responsible for supervising training activities, ensuring processes and implementing new development ideas. Your ability to promptly solve emerging challenges, delve into regulations and maintain a high standard of training quality is important to us.
Nature of work:
- You will be responsible for the continuous search and selection of new employees and lecturers for the company, using various channels.
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive development of training activities in the company.
- You will independently prepare, adjust and coordinate business contracts.
- You will constantly monitor changes in legal acts and regulations and update company documentation and procedures accordingly.
- You will administer the virtual learning environment and be responsible for the maintenance of training materials.
- You will represent the company in communication with state institutions and business partners.
We hope you:
- You are able to independently plan your work and time.
- You have experience in the field of employee search and selection.
- You have excellent literacy and logical thinking, allowing you to independently prepare and evaluate various types of documents.
- You are able to quickly find, analyze and understand relevant information in legal acts or regulations.
- You have good skills in working with the MS Office package and document management systems.
- You are proactive, able to think broadly, are not afraid to suggest new search channels and streamline existing processes.
- You are courageous and have excellent communication skills when establishing contact with potential candidates and partners.
