Create and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners;
Coordinate ongoing projects and ensure smooth cooperation;
Initiate process improvement, digitalization and efficiency improvement;
Ensure compliance with the company's internal procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Have successful B2B sales and business development experience;
Able to analyze the market, identify business opportunities and make data-based decisions;
Are proactive, result-oriented and able to independently plan your activities;
Have excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills;
Speak/write German and English fluently;
Have a category B driver's license and are willing to travel to Lithuania and Germany.
