We will trust you:
- Actively seek and develop B2B/B2G partnerships, present solutions and negotiate the installation and operation of charging infrastructure;
- Manage the entire partnership process - from the first contact to the coordination of the business plan, ESO conditions, contract works and contracts;
- Coordinate project details with engineers, contract project managers, product, legal and marketing teams;
- Ensure an accurate, optimal and commercially viable offer for partners;
- Prepare and administer documentation and internal registers related to the operation of charging stations;
- Monitor the profitability of existing projects and initiate changes to increase returns and optimize costs;
- Perform market analysis and provide proposals for business development directions;
- Propose and implement location optimization actions (review of the number of ports, renegotiation of lease agreements);
- Initiate campaigns and communication together with marketing to attract customers to existing and new locations.
We would like you to:
- You would have experience in project management or business development;
- You would be able to analyze data, calculate business plans, and present proposals in a reasoned manner;
- You would have strong negotiation skills and would act independently;
- You would understand the electric vehicle charging (EV) and/or renewable energy (RES) sectors;
- You would be able to manage a project, negotiate contracts, monitor progress, and prepare necessary documentation;
- You would be fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- You would have a category B driver's license;
- We would consider experience in the fields of EV, RES, infrastructure, or mobility services as an advantage, as well as work with infrastructure projects, commercial partnerships, or municipal tenders.
