Main responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, execute and control the preparation of railway infrastructure projects and implementation supervision within the established quality, budget and time constraints
  • Make decisions on project implementation issues, plan and coordinate the activities of the project implementation working group members and organize their work
  • Manage the preparation of project justifications, project descriptions, memoranda, other project initiation documents, ensure that all documents required for project implementation (technical specifications, technical tasks, procurement documents, etc.) are prepared in a high-quality, proper and timely manner
  • Manage the provision of services of consultants and experts engaged for projects
  • Assess and manage project implementation risks, implement risk management measures
  • Prepare information and take actions regarding the inclusion of projects in the company's investment and procurement plans
  • Initiate and participate in procurement procedures for project implementation
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, analyze, initiate and implement more effective solutions
  • Represent the company in state institutions, institutions, organizations, events, meetings or negotiations with both internal and external customers, provide assistance to the sales team in meetings with customers, clarifying the need for new and existing services
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and internal teams. Find opportunities for cooperation with other organizations in the railway infrastructure sector (in Lithuania and other EU countries)

What do we expect?

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, technology, management or business administration)
  • Understanding of the operation of railway service facilities. Technological knowledge would be an advantage
  • Project management experience, understanding of pricing principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills at least B2 level
  • Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
  • Microsoft Office computer skills

Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.
