Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement international business development and new service development projects in Lithuania and abroad
- Ensure high-quality project planning, timely implementation, compliance with qualitative and financial parameters and transfer to operational activities
- Lead cross-functional project teams and processes
- Prepare investment projects, assessing costs, revenues, payback and impact on profitability, in order to increase cargo flows
- Provide fact-based proposals for the acquisition of infrastructure (warehouses, yards, terminals) and innovative equipment required for cargo service
- Ensure that development projects comply with internal procedures, public procurement regulations and governance standards
- Communicate with existing and potential customers and partners, cooperate with strategy, sales, marketing and other functions, ensuring smooth flow of information
- Research the business environment, assess best international practices and competitors actions, search for new diversification opportunities
What do we expect?
- Experience in successful management of international development projects and searching for new directions abroad
- Knowledge of logistics, freight transportation or the transport sector
- Strong orientation towards tangible results, ability to argue with facts and financial indicators.
- Initiative, ability to make decisions in a changing environment and work effectively independently and in a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Understanding of public procurement procedures and the regulatory environment would be an advantage
- Knowledge of English (B1 level or higher), German or Polish would be an advantage
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs and project management tools.
