About us

HBrokers is expanding its team and is looking for a Business Development Project Manager . In this position, you will be responsible for customer communication, business development initiatives, product introductions, newsletter creation, and increasing HBrokers awareness.

Nature of work:

  • Development and implementation of initiatives to increase the company's awareness;
  • Preparation of newsletters and other communications to clients;
  • Coordination of communication for product and service presentations;
  • Search and development of product and service communication and distribution channels;
  • Cooperation with sales, claims administration and other departments of the company;
  • Informing clients about news, current events and services;
  • Planning and implementation of communication projects;
  • Search and implementation of new ideas, strengthening HBrokers' positions in the market.

Requirements:

  • Higher education or higher education;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in communication, marketing, customer service, business development or similar field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian;
  • Ability to independently plan work, coordinate multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
  • Initiative, creativity and the ability to generate new ideas;
  • Good cooperation skills when working with different departments of the company;
  • Ability to prepare clear and attractive communication to customers;
  • Good knowledge of English.
