Nature of work

STENDERS is looking for an energetic and strategically thinking Business Development Manager who will become a key force driving the company’s growth in an international environment. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities – from new markets and partnerships to new sales channels and development models. This role involves the ability to identify not only the right partners and markets, but also to develop a strategic product-channel approach, ensuring that the right products reach the right markets and sales channels, maximizing the company’s growth potential.

IF YOUR STRENGTHS ARE:
  • Higher education in business management, economics, finance, international business or similar;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, partnership management or similar;
  • Experience in evaluating and developing new markets, sales channels, partnerships or business models;
  • Experience in developing international markets, especially in the Nordic and Baltic regions;
  • Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty or lifestyle brand segments;
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, ability to assess business opportunities in a structured manner;
  • Knowledge of sales channels, market development, profitability and business models;
  • Ability to prepare business proposals, financial justifications, market analyses and presentations for management level;
  • Experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and collaborating with various company teams;
  • Good presentation, argumentation and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience working with CRM, BI or other analytics tools would be an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
  • Development and maintenance of a business development plan for new markets, partnerships, sales channels and growth directions;
  • Identification, analysis and prioritization of new business development opportunities, assessing their market potential, profitability and risks;
  • Analysis of market, competitors, consumer behavior and sector trends;
  • Evaluation of new business models and forms of cooperation - retail, strategic partnerships (B2B), distribution, franchises;
  • Preparation of business cases, financial models and investment justifications in cooperation with the finance team;
  • Development of strategic partnerships and cooperation opportunities that promote company growth and brand awareness;
  • Coordination of initial research, concept development and transfer of new development projects to responsible teams;
  • Analysis of the development potential of existing sales channels, markets and partnerships and provision of proposals to accelerate growth;
  • Management or coordination of interdisciplinary development projects that require the involvement of several departments;
  • Preparation of presentations, market reviews, business proposals and project status reports for company management;
  • Participation in the company's strategic planning, budget, KPI and business development meetings.

WORKING HOURS: weekdays 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
SALARY: from 4700 EUR gross + bonus for achieving KPIs
