Nature of work:
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities on site, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and searching for new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who is able to quickly understand the specifics of the local market, make independent decisions, and effectively cooperate with different stakeholders. Field – procurement of secondary raw materials.
Place of work – Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Work is carried out only at the workplace, there is no possibility of remote work.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of the company's activities and business development in the Uzbekistan market.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting negotiations and coordinating commercial agreements.
- Organizing team activities, distributing tasks, and controlling the progress of work.
- Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and new business opportunities.
- Providing relevant market information and recommendations to the company's management.
- Cooperation with local authorities and coordination of processes in accordance with the requirements in force in Uzbekistan.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar leadership, business development or activity coordination position is a must.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Russian.
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a new business and cultural environment.
- Independence, responsibility, organization and ability to make decisions.
- Experience working with international partners or government institutions would be an advantage.
