Civinity Group of Companies and rapidly growing UAB "Valandinis" invites you to join a Business Development Manager who would bring their own approach, know-how and leadership, combine selection and operations management, take inter-team cooperation to the next level and prepare the organization for an ambitious development phase.
This position has the potential to become the CEO's "right hand" and have a significant impact on Valandinis' further transformation and growth.

The main tasks that await you:
- Active involvement in developing the company's strategy and regional development direction and business development.
- Analysis of the competitive environment, search for new business opportunities, improvement of existing processes.
- Long-term cooperation with existing partners, active search for new clients in the construction market.
- Team cooperation with the service management and marketing team.
- Active participation in projects related to strengthening the company's image and increasing awareness in the market.
Employee requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (in the construction, industrial or labor rental sectors would be a great advantage).
- Ability to work with several projects at the same time and manage complex processes.
- Creativity, initiative, ability to see a broader business perspective.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship development skills.
- Analytical skills: ability to structure information and make proposals based on it.
- Understanding of subcontracting, working hours accounting and resource planning processes - an advantage.
- Understanding of the progress of construction projects, the needs of project managers, the specifics of brigade work - an advantage.
- Driver's license (category B).
