Main responsibilities:
- Identification and development of new business opportunities.
- Active search for new customers and building long-term relationships.
- Conducting negotiations and preparing commercial offers.
- Market analysis, monitoring the competitive environment and implementing business development strategies.
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure successful project implementation.
- Planning sales goals and their implementation.
We hope you:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in FMCG, business development, B2B sales or commerce.
- You are able to independently initiate and develop new projects.
- You are result-oriented, you have excellent negotiation skills.
- You have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- You have a category B driver's license.
