Nature of work
- Development of the company's long-term and short-term sales strategy, its successful implementation and constant analysis and control of results;
- Active planning and implementation of sales development in both Lithuanian and foreign markets (identification of new niches, customer segments and export directions);
- Constant monitoring of market trends, changes in customer needs and the competitive environment and prompt response (pricing, positioning adjustments);
- Close work with the marketing team, ensuring that marketing actions attract the target audience - customers;
- Refinement, selection, formation and effective management of the sales team structure;
- Conducting top-level negotiations and signing long-term cooperation agreements with the company's main partners.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of successful management experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in selling artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, e-commerce platforms, system development or digital marketing (SEO/GEO, paid advertising) services is a big advantage;
- Strategic thinking, ability to analyze market data, excellent negotiation skills and a strong focus on measurable results;
- Experience in forming, developing and motivating a sales team;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both verbal and written). Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
