- Search for new business clients in Lithuania
- Active calls to potential clients and establishing contacts;
- Search for new clients and communication via LinkedIn, e-mail and other channels;
- Presentation and sale of company services to business clients;
- Clarification of client needs and preparation of commercial offers;
- Negotiation and conclusion of cooperation agreements;
- Creation and maintenance of long-term relationships with business clients;
- Monitoring sales results and potential clients in the CRM system;
- Active contribution to the development of the company in Lithuania and other European markets.
Employee requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or active customer search is a big advantage;
- You are not afraid of active calls and know how to establish contact with new customers;
- You are able to independently search for potential customers and reach decision-makers;
- Good negotiation, communication and sales skills;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Experience working with LinkedIn is an advantage;
- Result-oriented, proactive and independent;
- Ability to plan your work and systematically achieve sales goals.
