Business Development Manager (FinTech)

What will your working day look like?

• Actively looking for new business clients (B2B);
• Work with databases and other sources to find potential clients;
• Initiate first contact with decision makers (by phone and email);
• Clarify client needs and present international payments and foreign exchange (FX) solutions;
• You will work with clear sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company.

You will start successfully if you:

• You communicate well in Lithuanian and English (verbally and in writing);
• You have at least minimal experience in active sales / telemarketing;
• You boldly initiate conversations and are able to create a professional dialogue;
• You are characterized by high internal motivation and desire to earn more;
• You are interested in the financial market and / or international business.
