Nature of work

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help grow IT services sales, look for new B2B opportunities, work with emerging customer needs and contribute to the development of a long-term sales system.

This position is suitable for someone who has B2B sales experience, wants to delve deeper into the IT field and is able to build relationships with business customers.

This is not just cold calling work. Active customer search will be required, but we will pay a lot of attention to partnerships, LinkedIn, recommendations, events and quality work with potential customers.

What will you need to do?
  • Search for new B2B customers and sales opportunities.
  • Work with incoming inquiries and qualify them.
  • Communicate with potential customers, understand their needs and business situation.
  • Participate in meetings with customers.
  • Prepare initial commercial offers together with the team.
  • Oversee the sales process and CRM.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with marketing agencies, designers, business consultants and other potential partners.
  • Search for new sales directions for services.
  • Contribute to the improvement of service presentations, pitches and sales materials.
  • Transfer qualified clients to the manager or team, and you will gradually be able to close smaller deals independently.

What services will need to be sold?
We will work with various IT and e-commerce services:

  • e-store development;
  • individual programming services;
  • MVP solutions for startups;
  • e-store maintenance and support;
  • integrations with accounting, warehouse, payment, logistics and other systems;
  • e-store and website audits;
  • SaaS products and other solutions developed by the company.

Employee requirements

  • Have B2B sales experience.
  • Able to talk to business owners, managers and decision-makers.
  • Know how to listen and understand the customer's problem, not just "push" the service.
  • Be systematic, able to work with CRM, follow-ups and the sales process.
  • Be able to understand technical matters as much as is needed in the sales process.
  • You do not have to be a programmer, but you must want to understand the logic of IT services.
  • E-commerce experience would be a great advantage.
  • Be able to think independently, look for solutions and not wait for every instruction.
  • Know how to properly represent the company in meetings.
  • Lithuanian and English are essential.
