Nature of work

  • Sales skills.
  • Prospecting and identification: using CRM/ERP tools, social media and market research, identify potential customers who fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Contact generation: conducting contact generation via email, phone and social media, attending meetings to interest potential customers in HARJU ELEKTER UAB.
  • Customer qualification: assessing and qualifying potential customers, attending meetings, receiving new inquiries and referring high-potential customers to the Project Management Team.
  • CRM/ERP database management: updating and managing potential customer information in our CRM/ERP system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Team collaboration: working closely with sales, engineering, production teams, developing and improving lead generation strategies.
  • Results tracking: Analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns, weekly progress review with Business Development Director.
  • Innovation tracking: Consistently follow industry trends and best practices. Improve lead generation efforts.

Employee requirements

  • 50 percent of working time on business trips abroad.
  • Self-motivation, organization and ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • 2-5 years of work in a B2B manufacturing company.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to communicate easily by phone, Teams.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and optimize your work strategies.
  • Engineering or technical education is an advantage, but not a necessity.
