We are a temporary employment agency successfully implementing projects in Germany and supplying foreign companies with qualified employees. We are currently expanding into the Finnish market and are looking for an experienced team member to contribute to this development.

Job Description:
Actively searching for new clients and building long-term business relationships in Finland.
Negotiating and concluding cooperation agreements.
Analyzing client needs and coordinating the selection and recruitment process of suitable employees.
Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure smooth recruitment of employees.

Employee requirements
We expect you to:
Have successful experience in B2B sales, business development or recruitment.
You are able to independently search for clients and establish long-term business relationships.
You are proactive, result-oriented and not afraid of challenges.
You have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Finnish would be a great advantage.
